The Eric Santucci horns are comprised of himself on Trumpet and Alex Taylor on Trombone. They met while studying a Jazz Degree at The Elder Conservatorium of Music in Adelaide, South Australia
Eric's resume includes numerous popular bands, including The Revue, Proton Pill, J.D. & The Hustle, The Belle-Phonics, The Ross Irwin Invitational All Star Big Band (AUS), The Adelaide University Big Band, Salcedo, The Cast to name a few. Eric has proudly played alongside Ross Wilson, Don Burrows, Don Rader, James Morrison, John Morrison, Ali McGregor, Libby O’Donnovan, Dale Barlow, Emma Pask, Wycliffe Gordon, Rex Richardson, Adam Rapa, James Muller, Mike Stewart, Bruce Hancock, Dustan Cox, Mark Ferguson and Jon Hunt.
Alex was a graduate of the Elder Conservatorium of Music, Alex was awarded “Most Outstanding Jazz Trombone Undergraduate” in 2012, “Most Outstanding Jazz Honours Student” in 2013, and is now the Conservatorium's Jazz Trombone Lecturer. Alex regularly plays with bands that include: Atlantic Street Band, The Shaolin Afronauts, The Piping Shrike Brass Band, as well as freelancing throughout the Adelaide music scene on trombone and sousaphone.
